Village Green takes time to develop their employess and push them to strive for excellence. Management holds a high standard which is why VG is best in class when it comes to performance and leadership in the industry. Employee recognition is as easy as taking ownership of your work, the effort you put forth will determine your success.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment. If you are not organized and efficient with your time, you will fall behind. You will have to put time in after hours to catch up occasionally, but what's a few extra hours when your paving a path to further your career.

Village Green University, training tracks based on position, culture, access to down to earth leadership, many of whom have been promoted from within. Ability to advance, recognition programs, encouraged to make a difference from sharing ideas on the employee blog to participating with paid days for charitable events.

Cons

There are far more pros than cons. You create your path through your work and willingness to step up to opportunities presented.
