Pros

I've worked for Village Green for a long and in that time Village Green has always made strides to be the best. They offer many classes for training on just about any subject pertaining to your job, so that you can be the best. We work at giving the best customer service , curb appeal and resident events and retention that we can. We make our residents feel like we want them living at our sites and want them to feel like it's their home. We continue to be the best in delivering this. This is are standard.

Cons

Sometimes situations are out of our control and residents don't understand

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any pros based on my experience.

Cons

Village Green is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. The organization operates in complete chaos with deeply unethical leadership, zero accountability, and an absolutely toxic culture from the top down. Employees are treated as disposable, constantly misled, overworked, and blamed for failures created by incompetent management. Fear, favoritism, retaliation, and dishonesty were normalized daily. The company showed a shocking disregard for professionalism, employee wellbeing, operational standards, and resident trust. Turnover was extreme for a reason — competent employees do not stay. Leadership consistently protected themselves instead of fixing serious issues, and the environment became mentally draining and impossible to thrive in. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here or trusting this company with their career. In my experience, this organization should not be managing people, properties, or teams at the scale it does.
