Pros

I loved working here! Their management team was incredible, especially Megan Fairbarn. The whole team clearly set expectations and consistently provided positive reinforcement and encouragement to staff. The benefits were also great; the staff discount and free swag were a great bonus. I loved my time there.

Cons

The discount is limited to a certain number of uses per quarter, which is a bummer, but itis fairly fair. I believe you could use the full discount, like 10x/quarter, but I can't remember specifically. I also wish that they had a better call-out/write-up policy. I only called out once because I was sick and could get a doctor's note, but because no one could cover me, I got a write-up. If you get 3 write-ups in a certain amount of time, you get fired. I worked really hard while I was there, so I was sad to get a write-up. But I would still prefer that system to constant call-outs and staff issues, so it's really a toss-up.
