It's a brand name people know of so that's cool I guess I get to do some impactful work

Cons

Hiring decisions are made on a whim which leads to restructurings and layoffs Management doesn't know what they want or need Everyone on the team is fake. They'll shun anyone that leaves. Don't like change or when things are not done the way they've always been done
