Pros

Free food/stocked kitchen Travel reimbursement (even though they said it wouldn't come on our checks but it indeed does) You dont have to sit with your 'team' Overtime when its offered. Free stuff when you can catch it. Pay is decent for the job and the perks. Scooters.

Cons

None of the leads have ever led before... You can tell diversity is a newer thing to the company 1/2hr lunch breaks QA... Just everything abt QA Weekly meetings -why? The normal call center cliqueyness I'm still waiting on gift cards that were promised on 01/07 Everything that gets updated is a worse update (we all hate 6.0) Upper management harps on petty things like cubbies and phone rooms but not why the 12:30 lunch keeps running out of food. We need at least one more WFH day man, cmon yall

Pros

Pays great for a CS job Free lunch or Dinner if your work overnights. Free snacks and a cold breakfast. They reimburse you for your transit cost. Tuition reimbursement. Diverse (more than most but keep improving this) Leadership. I think they generally care about keeping good employees and I appreciate the efforts they do to make us feel valued. Work from home days Very transparent about what is happening next with the product. Lots of different directions to go from this company.

Cons

Metrics don't really match up with the type of work we do. how do you want 6.5 calls per hr but have issues that can take up to 20 mins to resolve (even with a user who knows how to use your product. Management is very slow on having a solution to Major user issues 3 to 4 business day turn arounds is not acceptable for the customers and it makes our jobs harder because of it. The knowledge base has a great structure, but missing a lot of content and macros we need to answer our customers at the rate you want. I literally have to hand type my own emails or drastically alter our knowledge base info just to make it make sense for the user.

Pros

Great perks, catered lunches, company parties + a progressive work place where tolerance is prized. However Venmo support has mostly become a chaotic call center

Cons

You need to have a thick skin and endurance to handle customer support inquiries
