Not the same since Covid

Pros

Work from Home Insurance, PTO, 'wellness days', Paid time and a half- mere benefits to survive in America

Cons

We have weekly meetings about what we're doing wrong and what we can do to be better. Instead of asking us how we're doing, what's going on mentally since the stress of covid. Since we got new management it's been a nightmare. Passive aggressive meetings blaming customer service agents on their metrics. (It's not our fualt the app sucks half the time and we're dealing with angry customers 80 percent of the shift) We're blamed and there's speeches about how grateful we should be for our jobs. But it's mere micro management with people pushing you to work 8 hour calls with barely any breaks after an angry customer. It's inhumane with a lack of sympathy or understanding from management.
