Pros

Universal Studios is a great place to work I suppose simply because it really is the entertainment capital of California. You have City Walk and plenty of restaurants to go to for your breaks or Lunch. U also get plenty of discounts. ...they wash your work clothes for you! which is quite nice. :D I'm sure they have other perks but i just didn't work that long to take advantage of all of them.

Cons

I got laid off after a month. Said I wasn't right for the job or something i did my best but I suppose my best wasn't good enough. They take you to this office and they have this dude who sounds mean basically tell you how incompetent you are. If ever you are fired from there you know how terrible this feels.

Pros

Great coworkers. Its a wide variety of people from all ages and races. Its a great place to work because of the environment- I mean, your working at a theme park, how can that be bad? Guest are nice because they are having a good time. Very rarely will you have an upset guest, but management steps in right away and will back you up on whatever the situation may be. Free entrance to the park whenever you want as well as free parking for citywalk! Two free tickets to the park as a new employee and ups every year by 2 tickets. Great perks!

Cons

When working at certain attractions you will stay until the ride/show is empty of guest then have to clean- be prepared to be asked to stay late. You also have to arrive early in order to park, get through citywalk and security, get uniform on, and get to your attraction by your shift start.
