Pros

Excellent reward and recognition culture. Very metric driven. Young and energetic environment. Everyone expected to pitch in when necessary - even senior executives. A great culture of giving back to the community. Always open to trying new things.

Cons

Everything is a fire and needs to be addressed "yesterday". No time to enjoy sucessess. Some attractions and rides are very dated.

Pros

They offer a great work environment where you can make friends but also work hard. I really appreciate the training they gave at the beginning. It truly prepares you for working there. Also during the peak season, hours are plentiful and even if you are part time, you can get hours that are very close to full time.

Cons

Apparently during off season, it is very difficult to receive hours. Also, because their standards for guest service are so high, what would wow people at another job is considered mandatory.
