Pros

Great co-workers, work atmosphere, and free flights to basically anywhere in the world. Tons of training opportunity. Good place to start in the aviation industry.

Cons

There is virtually zero room to move up in the company, and everyone is disposable. It's fairly difficult to get time off, if you work full time. The more training and responsibility you have, the more likely you are to get fired. TERRIBLE PAY! Pay increase caps at around two years.
