Pros

Flight Benefits, easy to trade shifts with RosterApps (if everyone dosnt have the same schedule), it can be as easy or as hard as YOU make it. Good job for someone right out of high school or retired.

Cons

High turn over rate especially in the winter, you bid on your schedule based on seniority and the schedules can be a joke if everyone works the same day with over lapping shifts how can you trade. management can be a joke. Idk how you can manage people when you have never done their job or stand right in front of people asking for help and just look at them like they asked you for an organ.
