Pros

Learning about the different types of aircraft. Some of my colleagues where fun to work with.

Cons

Management does not know how to manage people. Management does not care about employees. Management berates employees over minor things. Training was a joke, trainer had a habit of disappearing leaving me in the lurch. Management assumes you know what you are doing after being shown how one or two times.

Cons

This place is a joke. They hire people who are childish. Their leads aren’t allowed to do any type of leading. The management is a joke. No clear cut instructions or processes for anything but they sure love to tell you how wrong you are. Supervision has “favorites” and if you are not on that list you are nothing. The equipment they want you to use is so old and broken. No heat in vehicles you have to drive except for the one the favorites get. You are treated like a prisoner. The free flights DO NOT make this job worth your time. And don’t get sick if you work here even with dr notes you are deemed unreliable.
