Flight Benefits - Very Low Pay

- Flight benefits - That's all

Cons

- Low pay - Always understaffed - Subsidiary of Delta Airlines but you don't get all Delta perks, because although it is wholly owned by Delta Airlines per definition it is less important but related to. Kind of like the unwanted step-child.

flight benefits - limited but still available

Cons

Lower priority than ALL Delta mainline when traveling, regardless of your date of employment. Since Delta sold their majority, new hires get s4 (lower) priority flight benefits and NO ZED travel. Those already with the company have their ZED fares limited to Jet Blue, Hawaiian Air, WestJet & Southwest. No buddy passes, health care coverage is extremely expensive. High turnover, equipment always seems broken and takes a long time to get fixed, lack of structure and policies, lack of formal training. NO RAISES...at all! We are the "red headed step child of Delta" despite being held to the same high standards. We also now are being taxed on all our flights through imputed income - the yield fare is being added to our salary and taxed on our paychecks. Thankful I don't need this job to provide for my family, just here for the flight benefits, as limited as they are.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Available job is subject to contract with different airlines. Lower seniority than Delta hub employees. Ready reserve has limited 30 domestic flights per year and 18 international with DGS but unlimited with Delta hub.
