Don’t fall for the scam

Pros

If you want to be very positive about this job. The most you can say is that it puts you in the presence of people who could possibly help you find a better career. But that solely depends on your ability to build relationships

Cons

The company is a scam. There is no other way around it. For starters the company reels you in by manipulating you into thinking they are delta. For example at a Job Fair they will have a booth set up with nothing but Delta all over it. I assure you these people ARE NOT Delta. After they have tricked you into thinking you’re with delta they try to entice you with flight benefits. These are not benefits. They are useless, inconsequential and borderline insulting to any person with half a brain. You only get 5 days vacation. These are the same days you must use for emergencies by the way so if you have kids, using those days for anything but that is out of the question. Additionally you literally cannot use your benefits for anyone other than you and your parents if you are not married. However even if you are married what are you going to do after you’ve taken your trip to Paris? You get paid 9.25 an hour to slave across this huge airport. Conclusion? GET OUT OF THERE

Pros

Flight benefits are okay. Since the company was recently bought by another company traveling with other airlines is no longer an option. You're very low on the standby priority list so traveling with the benefits can be a headache.

Cons

Low pay, unreliable hours, poor leadership, no consistency with job tasks, no promotions.

Pros

You’ll get hours The people you work with

Cons

Don’t expect much from leadership of a worldwide company! You’ll get hours only because the company needs you. Be prepared to stay late because of constant flight delays. Managers concerned about bonuses rather than employee’s health a well being.
