Awesome people to work with, landmark and iconic projects, fast pace and financially driven, people want to do the right thing and do it the right way. Lots of processes and procedures to maintain consistent quality. Good benefits with base salary. Strong leadership who are very open and communicative to dealing with problems. Open to innovation and new ideas

Cons

Lots of processes and procedures, sometimes things are bureaucratic. Long hours with projects, usually undersold to win the job with very young staff.
