Corporate rules, not a mom and pop shop

You’re constantly lied to, take everything that’s portrayed to you with a grain of salt. From initial on boarding with the company to assignment placement, you’re in the dark for the majority of that time. You won’t get any overtime as a Level 1 so don’t get caught up in the possible cash gains there. I really believed this was a good company, and I do think overall they try to be, but I believe in transparency between employee and employer and you will not receive that here. At least in my experience.
