-Rate of learning is ridiculous, you will learn so much even in your first month (if you’re new) -Company culture and coworkers are generally fantastic -Competitive pay/benefits -The work is very rewarding and satisfying, you feel you are making a difference

Cons

-Stressful work environment (deadlines and relying on others to complete work) -Work life balance is... not good -The food chain is exhausting and complicated
