Cons
Everything? They rope you in by promising growth and other perks. This is where they get you. The employee orientation is nothing short of amazing. They set you up in a nice hotel, bring in catering, and go on and on about how great the company is. You start thinking you have a voice and that this is going to be the best company you've ever worked for. I've heard the company was actually good when Truly was in charge. Unfortunately, his age impedes him from continuing as CEO. You literally have no voice in this company. I've seen people from my branch and others get shot down for even asking a question about why something is structured the way it is. I've even seen people get demoted (with lower pay) for thinking they can suggest a change to anyone higher up than they are. Branch managers are encouraged to not replace broken things around the office or supply techs with better equipment through their end of the year bonuses. The less they spend, the more money goes into their pockets. One of my coworkers is working on a broken desk that is on the verge of collapsing... it's ridiculous. I needed something replaced the other day and the BM kept avoiding the issue so after a week, I had to replace it myself. $60 that mean a lot to me but NOTHING to the company or manager. Sales people are always being shorted on commission and cancellations come in like crazy because the techs aren't motivated enough to perform good service. The environment is depressing, demotivating, and oppressive. Honestly, stay away if you can find any other company to work for. Or hope that Truly starts to age backwards and comes back on as CEO...
