Depending on the manager there is a good branch culture.

Cons

Seems to be high turnover in all positions including managers. Pay raises seem contingent on doing MORE work all the time.

Hands off Learning experience, you can really learn at your own pace

All of their employees have been pretty upset because their pay rates are different and all of them used to make at least 20,000 more and now make maybe 30,000 a year
