Benefits- though very expensive. Company vehicle you can take home+ huge plus good training program

Low pay Micro managment- lvl depending on your position within company. High stress environment.

It is an OK place to work.

Pros

They are very good at trainning their new associates. There is always continuing education possibilites available. They also have a great marketing deparment. This company has a very well know franchise.

Cons

Often explosive work environment. There is a lot of gossip and talk that does not belong in the workplace. Managers are kept by association rather than work ethic and productivity.
