      Depending on the manager there is a good branch culture.

      Seems to be high turnover in all positions including managers. Pay raises seem contingent on doing MORE work all the time.

      Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

      I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there
