Pros

starter job while you find something more decent

Cons

Everything. Micro Management Benefits are basic (even prescription fill up cut down from 3 months supply to 1 month, basic medical until you pay higher out of pocket) 24x7 work environment ( pay is based on 40 hours but after that they put up on call for the whole week, means 24x7, and YES call and incidents/tickets come in the middle of night with no pay compensation or time in lieu )

Pros

Absolutely none. There are no pros.

Cons

The job is degrading. All you get are emails about what you can’t do, or you will get terminated. There are no team huddles to boost morale. There is no talking. You can’t eat at your desk. You can only sit in the break room. You can’t move. All you do is enter license plates for 8 to 10 hours, trying to reach ridiculous quotas, for less than $100/per day. Your back hurts, your thighs burn, your butt hurts. It’s a job for people who can’t do anything else. It makes you feel like you have totally failed in life to be that micromanaged for less $100/per day.
