      Pros

      As long as you're there they'll sign your paycheck. You can listen to music or watch Youtube videos while you work.

      Cons

      If a manager decides they don't like you they'll fire you for no good reason. No advancement opportunity. Will have numerous new responsibilities piled onto you over time without raises or promotions of any type. Project managers are hostile and threatening, and HR will get rid of you rather than address a complaint. Company makes up procedures and lingo as they go along without clear direction.

      Be underpaid and over worked. Forget about a personal life. There are better companies out there, keep looking.

      Pros

      Stable, continue to draw a meager check as long as you don’t get caught stealing or doing drugs. That’s about it.

      Cons

      They commonly under pay EVERYONE except top level managers. Bonus’s are promised and never paid. They will consistently assign more and more additional tasks outside your job description until you implode. The annual merit raises are minimal if even given. Hope you like to make the same amount of money, forever. Don’t get on a manager/directors bad side or your career is doomed. They will work you into the ground.
