Cons

Mgmt as long as your in their favor all is good. Moment they don't like they come up with lame reasons to write you up and color your reviews unfavorably. Upper mgmt directs lower mgmt how to do this. HR is a waste of your time and energy...

Pros

Night shift is convenient it you have goals to attend to during the day. Location is easily accessible for northwest of city. Weekly pay periods.

Cons

Overly micro managed environment! This is probably the site managers (Donovan Lewis) 1st real management role and his management style is not effective. High turnover rate...they can't keep employees more than 3 months...many often quit after a few days. Not sure how they keep contracts and cant keep employees.
