Pros

The pay is okay. Working from home is nice.

Cons

Disorganized. When supervisors don’t want to give you an answer to something they’ll tell you “let me check on that quote and then you never hear. They expect you to have all these things done to their standard which is fine but they don’t seem to mind wasting your time or giving you attitude and being defensive. Repeated not doing what they expect of you or nor clearly communicating.
