Pros

Set schedule. Excellent management team. Easy work at a busy call center. Excellent training program. Chance for advancement

Cons

The only con I can think of is most of the callers were angry, but in customer service you must often deal with angry customers.

People I work with are really great, they’re one of the reasons I like going to work. Being able to help customers that are willing to take it.

Cons

The way you do things changes daily and the changes aren’t circulated to the csr’s well.
