      Pros

      Still so many good workers

      Cons

      This just started in 2025 but bottom line, it feels like Trane has put profits over people. After a year of cost cutting measures including holds on critical backfills, experienced wide-spread layoffs and the rollout of an utterly tone-deaf RTO policy. Both of which were also done right after the employee engagement survey was collected.

      Toxic Leader in Supply Chain

      Pros

      really good team but unfortunately everyone leaving due to a toxic leader. Not clear why her leader is not noticing this mass exodus with a single common denominator.

      Cons

      toxic leader is really spoiling what could be a great company culture. There are clear ethical issues as well, with financial numbers being forced to meet targets, despite reality. Many long time and exceptionally talented people leaving company due to this micro environment

      Pros

      Some benefits are reasonably. Nice campus to enable the employees to get out and enjoy the nature. Various events take place on campus to networks. Some good traction in work life balance and a lot more investment needs to be made to support IR key investment ‘the right employees in the job.

      Cons

      Unethical and disrespectful Management. The wrong women and men are promoted. Work life balance is a challenge especially for the employees with bad management. Employees engagement are a big problem since management wants you to fake it vs. saying the truth. As a result Employees are now giving good rating although it is not true.
