Pros

love the work and mission, free lunch

Cons

CEO is a Trump supporter who has no idea about women's issues at all. Picked his two favorites who sucked up to him when he first started and now they just keep getting raises and promotions despite poor outcomes. Poor benefits. no job training. Just generally not run well.

Pros

I loved working for the Julian Center. I loved the people, and the survivors. I wanted to give back to the community, and working there allowed me to do so.

Cons

Change in CEO so not sure of his vision for the JC. But the staff there are amazing.
