Pros

Being part of a company in turnaround provides the opportunity to influence decisions at a strategic and transactional level. I've seen most people come in and be able to do work above their head giving them exposure to things they would be 3-5 years away from at a larger company. The constant changing environment helps you grow as a professional learning to pivot quickly when needed. There is also always vision to the C-Suite and they organization is not too layered. We see our CEO and other VPs daily which is good for morale. We also moved into a new office recently at One Liberty Plaza. It's a great space.

Cons

Things are always changing. That's how turnaround situations work when you're also owned by PE. I think it's a great learning experience, but others may not enjoy the pace.

Thank you for your kind words. In 2018, we will have had 2 town halls to share results with Team Members. Additionally we have company meetings bi-monthly to understand campaign results.

Flexibilty. Work life balance. Choose your own hours.

Cons

This company is on a downward spiral. If you only want to sell the products, just beware. You'll be begging your friends to buy from you and when they do, the products will be out of stock or soon discontinued. Training is online and really, minimal. You will have to find others who also want to sell Avon--very hard to do. No support from the company. Beware!
