Being part of a company in turnaround provides the opportunity to influence decisions at a strategic and transactional level. I've seen most people come in and be able to do work above their head giving them exposure to things they would be 3-5 years away from at a larger company. The constant changing environment helps you grow as a professional learning to pivot quickly when needed. There is also always vision to the C-Suite and they organization is not too layered. We see our CEO and other VPs daily which is good for morale. We also moved into a new office recently at One Liberty Plaza. It's a great space.
