Cons

New Avon is a young company with an iconic brand history behind it. Trying to drive a new brand identity is hard but worth the effort.

I love seeing how our everyday work supports hundreds of thousands of Representatives and their families. • Love the culture-collaborative and hard-working teams that know how to embrace change, overcome difficulty and emerge even stronger for the future of the Avon brand. • An appreciation for our talent, especially our commitment to continuous Associate learning and career development. • I am energized by helping to shape and transform a beauty icon. • The opportunity to learning from mistakes and grow both personally and professionally. • Questioning "the way it’s always been" and coming up with creative, innovative solutions. • Our causes-we support the causes that matter most to women-the Breast Cancer Crusade and Speak Out Against Domestic Violence.

Cons

Being that we are in a turnaround phase, there are challenges that involve working in a fast paced environment and high pressure situations which may not be the right fit for some candidates.
