      Pay is decent for the area, not great but decent Hours are regular OT is typically available The AC works

      Management doesn't know how to manage or properly communicate, they're much more practiced at blowing smoke Perception is the only thing that matters here Quality is unimportant, production is the keyword, until a customer complains You never know where you stand Raises are from higher up and they're a joke, the average is inflation rate
