      Pros

      I worked for Thales Avionics: 1. Freedom to implement new technology 2. Relaxed environment and much more time for self learning 3. good perks (4 weeks PTO, you acquire time every paycheck, 7% 401K (4% match + 3% company gives anyway) 4. Less of hand holding and good place to learn about avionics

      Cons

      1. Disconnect management (do not know what coming next day) 2. Unaligned management. They fight and prefer a particular thales location to give/take project. CA (Irvine) being office of boss, given more importance, Orlando secondary and Melbourne is a step child. 3. Layoff is common 4. Immigration team (of 1 member) delivery is late and takes extra effort to get answer.

      Pros

      Easy place to drive to and from work. Physical work environment was great.

      Cons

      Lots of processes but no one follows them. They make up their own that works for that moment.
