If you have issues with management, HR will not do what is necessary to address the issue. They always side with management

The company is in shambles. There is no clear communication of who is doing what in certain teams and most of the managers think who they are and could care less about their people. It's all a numbers game and how to save money so that they can make more. I watched them let someone on their birthday after they placed them in training for a new position. HR, who is not actually HR because all they do is tell everyone about the "confidential" conversation that are had. The HR business partners are even worse. Don't go to them if you have a true problem because they'll point the finger at you. I would not recommend this company at all unless you want to have a load of work dumped on your plate with no direction and expectations that don't make sense because there isn't anyone who will take the time to help you better understand what the big picture is.
