Pros
Good associates, good work habits, good effort by all. Clean work environment. Customer comes FIRST Good training
Cons
10% communications from management creates chaos down the chain of command. Lack of communication created a tense atmosphere and a state of distrust ( No one will be layed off !! 2 weeks later the separations started.) Excessive documentation and redundant documentation also created a state of chaos - NCRs to track production scrap - waste of time an money with no value added for the customer. Nothing shipped. Management cannot make a decision.
