DEI is dead, but this once great company has fallen into decay forcing DEI mindset upon all employees like a cult religion with regular correspondence remining employees to comply. Terumo used to be a great top professional company to work for but the DEI and WOKE culture has corrupted the workforce and professional image. I was glad to leave and work for a company that respects their employees based on merit and qualifications rather than DEI that major companies are now abolishing.

They take over 3 weeks to respond after each interview step No courtesy to receive a candidate for in person interview. Just make them wait in a meeting room. No one sees the candidate out of the office either. They delay/ stall reimbursing candidates who have come from out of town for an interview.
