Liars Shady Spineless Disrespectful Management does not care about you Management/ team leaders do nothing fix your job based performance. They let you sink and blame you for it. Yet they have meetings every 5 minutes to evaluate your performance. No leadership My license was earned through their work program and myself and many others were told ttec would provide the ce courses for renewal but now they are releasing our licenses making us pay for them to have to be renewed

Micromanaged since day one. Given only up seconds to do notes for member before a call is coming in. Have to ask for permission to finish notes without being interrupted. Have to submitted template if late to lunch and breaks and have to justify why. Equipment was shipped late and had to punch back training. Training was not enough and a waste of time. Group of trainees were lied to multiple times from compensation to work schedule. Was not given work schedule until a week before and it consist of the rest of the month going into the following month and had to request days off.
