Pros

Working here makes me feel confident because I dont have someone looking over my shoulder. I feel in control and able to do a better job. There is also opportunity to add new skills very quickly if you do your very best in your current skill. The shifts are short and sweet which is great for me.

Cons

Technical and system issues but its not horrible nor frequent unless its your computer or internet.

Pros

Great @home job....much better than I expected. Depending on the project.

Cons

Current project, Trainer does not know company well enough to teach. Very nice person, but constantly advising to study job aids on your time..Most of the learning is done in this manner..Was informed recently, that it is against company policy to access information in this manner. Possibly 5 people in this class will succeed.
