The interview process was straight forward.

Cons

You have to wait a week or so between the pre-offer and the actual offer of employment. During that time, your not sure if you have the job or not!

Pros

Great working from home. No Commute

Cons

No pay increase. I started at $8.50 an hour 5 years ago & got a 25 cents increase within 6 months...after that... NOTHING

Work from home Partial Chat customer service

Cons

Lowest pay of any WAH job I've had Redundant, Inefficient work flows, systems and people SOME TLs and Chat coaches are lazy and rude. They don't want to properly assist agents and as a result they short change the client as well because employees do not have the proper tools, information and support they need to adequately assist members.
