Pros

Work from home options are nice.

Cons

They hire whoever, which is ridiculous. I was a seasonal employee and they send you out an invite to watch a Zoom presentation basically you’re hired. No real interview. This is why training will be so frustrating, people do not know how to work computers and the people who do get ahead and can’t do anything but sit around and forget everything while waiting for others to “catch up”. I feel like training was definitely a joke because of the incompetent people they hired to train. Never ever should a company just hire whoever and think everyone will succeed. If you get lost while in training and they put you out to the real deal later on, they’ll for sure fire you but it’s not your fault because remember this they hired whoever and made you have to wait around for others to catch up during training so there was no consistency while in training.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Omg get ready for massive learning overload!! You are going to feel like you are in college with all the information that they are going to cram into your head. I think on just all the different computer systems and software programs alone you are going to have to come up with and REMEMBER 6-7 passwords and usernames alone. Oh and don't waste your time in training class taking notes because you won't be allowed to use them to help you when you get out of training...because paper isn't allowed on the actual job, neither are pens or pencils. You have to memorize everything. This is because they don't trust you not to write down a credit card number that the client might tell you over the phone for a payment. Supposedly it's for security, it just feels like they don't trust anyone. Now lets talk about the overwhelming amount of information they expect you to memorize or be able to navigate to somewhere on the computer. They have something called Knowledge Central, this is where everything is supposed to be but it is so massive you couldn't possibly navigate to it all while in the phone with a customer (and with no notes to go by where it might be). Then when you get on the floor they throw all this unachievable stuff at you. Picture this you're head is crammed with all this information AND you are nervous about the calls then you are hit with even more stuff to do. There was one lady that kept shouting that we have surveys (and boy are they ever on about surveys) and that we have to be perfect 10's. There was so much more bad things but i have already gone on too long. If you love not knowing what you are doing and being overwhelmed go ahead and work here
