- Company tries to entertain and empower their employees. - At home. People are very friendly. - Sufficient bonus/allowance above management team.

Cons

- Noisy. Not sure about other regions, but the locations I've worked are full of noise. - Too much taxes. (Incredible tax rate as 32 %!!)

Pros

This is a great place to work if you can handle talking to customers and dont take anything personal. Lots of bonuses, "Ok" paid if you compare it to outside. Company makes parties and monthly events and recognizes its employees.

Cons

Customer service is not for everyone, if you are going to take personal what clients tell you, you are going to have a bad time. Sometimes you can see some favoritism towards female employees from male supervisor, but that happens everywhere right? Depending on the campaign you have roll schedules depending on your metrics.

Pros

Flexible schedules depending on what company youre working for. Great trainers. Pretty cool break room and they have people that come in to cater certain days.

Cons

Cant miss any time during training. Worked in the fed ex department and its really boring and fast paced. Not many cons.
