Pros

At home job Covid Free Easy Hire Decent pay

Cons

First of all let me say my training manager was great, the onboarding process went smoothly (at the time) got almost a month of work in getting ready to graduate training and I log in the day of the “final” I get pulled to the side and told that I was on suspension contact my recruiter log off until further notice. Took 3 days to figure out why I was suspended. Apparently the company does not believe in people changing or hey I done something stupid when I was 19 learnt my lesson. Misdemeanor shoplifting charge as a stupid teenager cost me my job. Was told they’d “discuss my future within the company” 2 days later I get an EMAIL I was no longer an employee due to something from almost 10 years ago.

Pros

It's easy to work as time goes on and you memorize how stuff goes, especially if you can tune out the contradictory advice and directives you're consistently given. Although it won't save you from unethical termination, you can easily become VERY proficient in your responsibilities and gain a lot of industry knowledge as you go.

Cons

Everything they tell you to do, they'll shortly tell you NOT to do it that way but to do it differently (in a way they'll negate soon after). Employees are blamed for TTEC's technical difficulties. If the system is screwy after their company gets hacked, they will fire people without warning - accusing them of "timecard fraud" - rather than troubleshoot the actual cause of the errors, or observe the employee directly so the employee can PROVE they're not in any way involved in the technical errors. Tech Support is outsourced to agents in India who don't just have thick accents, some of whom don't seem to speak but one or two words in English.

Pros

Will update as I work Working from home during COVID-19 starting pay is not bad.

Cons

Training not so great course type classes instead of teaching what is needed to answer calls and transfer to the right department. Use Zoom Chat room for help learn from other workers asking about questions you don't know while you have customers on hold are that you need to know before hand. Some questions get answered some don't and agents and Team Leads (TL) are rude and don't know very much Trainer couldn't input the training hours because no access so myself and others never got our 1st check. This company is not well organized. To many user login names and passwords and to many websites to click too. Not honest about work schedule M-F 10:00am 6:30pm but yet we are 7 days a week on schedule strict on time off.
