Pros

TTEC offers many people an opportunity to work with a company that gives paid training, great employee benefits, and a variety of work schedules. You can also take advantage of tuition reimbursement, advancement opportunities, and temporary as well as permanent positions. There is a variety of employees from young to mature, and all experience and skill levels. Employee experience will vary from one project to another.

Cons

Must be willing to work schedules that are outside of a standard 8-5 Monday through Friday work week. Most schedules include at least one week day, and many schedules are evening schedules to compensate for call volume. Schedules may change periodically due to training or call needs. Dependability is crucial so absenteeism is a major concern.

Pros

If you like disorganization, indecisiveness, and lack of communication between management levels, this place is for you!

Cons

Customer Service reps (Advocates) make $11/hour. No merit increases so you can theoretically work here for 20 years and still make $11/hour with good attendance and customer reviews. Oh and the ice machine (the only one) runs out of ice by 1:00 pm so if you're working a late shift, sorry, no ice.

Pros

The ability to work flexible hours from your home.

Cons

Insufficient training and poor pay. There is a lot of hard work for poor wages and high stress in the demanding work at home position for Best Buy. Run and save yourself from that program. They will half train you and push you on the phone and leave you to swim for yourself. It is a horrible feeling to have to fend for yourself at your new job. Part time temp position. Right after they hired my group they cut all of our hours. What a waste of time. They always send out e-mails begging for people to take off work.
