      Work from home. Calls were not strictly timed. Calls not always back to back.

      Pros

      Paid training. After leave. But if you have a good trainer to take you to the next level then stay. I am here because single and used to routine of talking with customers.

      Cons

      Arrogant team leaders and support. Broken promises. Too many people leaving. Minus .0000001 work life balance. Join if you are a student or retired. No place for people with families or singles with a life. Altek is not a healthy way of life. I hate this place. But will stay until I feel like I can do something better than this. Do not come here unless management makes a change. Avoid unless it is for paid training they advertise.

      Flexibility, cafeteria on site, covered parking (for now)

      Cons

      Little to no career growth/advancement, expected to just follow a process, poor communication, cliquey management, low pay, no exposure to projects(unless your management), impossible to get things approved/signed on time, company 'gives' you the week of Christmas off and then takes 4 days of PTO from you.
