Pros

Paid training. After leave. But if you have a good trainer to take you to the next level then stay. I am here because single and used to routine of talking with customers.

Cons

Arrogant team leaders and support. Broken promises. Too many people leaving. Minus .0000001 work life balance. Join if you are a student or retired. No place for people with families or singles with a life. Altek is not a healthy way of life. I hate this place. But will stay until I feel like I can do something better than this. Do not come here unless management makes a change. Avoid unless it is for paid training they advertise.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
