Pros

Decent amount of hours. Pay is okay, but could be better. Coworkers are generally pleasant.

Cons

User systems constantly crashing or having issues For some programs, pay is not adequate to scope of work Training is very minimal

Pros

There is opportunity to earn commission, and in some departments I've heard it's actually very nice. If you're really dedicated to what you do, and willing to let people walk on you to get where you want, you will be able to advance somewhat. Also it is very easy to get rehired later on if you find yourself needing to work again.

Cons

This company does not believe in raises or in actual promotion of employees. No matter how long you work here, you will not be able to really pay your bills unless you are promoted to management - and even then, I'm not convinced it's worth it. This is not a company that cares for its employees or their welfare. It is not a company that is good at communication. There is zero job security here.
