Pros

Great management, reliable job, great coworkers, and an easy job.

Cons

Inbound sales doesn't earn commission off of what they sell, only bonuses if they meet certain criteria which is nearly impossible given the calls they receive. Floor manager doesn't listen to employees when giving feedback on how many misdirects the employees receive a day. Prank calls, incorrect internal transfers, wrong dials, etc. all count against the employees in the sales division.

Pros

high paying job plus incentives... what else can we ask for??.. good company to develop your skills and to be a better person.

Cons

i don't want to think about the cons coz everything that we might experience is part of the job and it is well compensated.

They provide online paid training for the project your working on

Cons

poor communication regarding work scheduling. I had to check my schedule several times a day to make sure my work schedule had not changed.
