The opportunities and remuneration are practically non-existent. This slowly de-motivates employees leading to increased "job dissatisfaction" The lack of structure for job progression also adds to levels of frustration amongst staff.

The management and several businesses are half honest at best. I had been kicked out of the program (as well as several others) I needed to clock in and thus do my work and get paid for it, but the HR rep and the managers told me to just keep working until they can get it fixed. After the first day, they told us not to come to work until they could get it fixed. After about 2 weeks of endless calling with only promises of something being done but nothing being done, I decided to find another job. After about 7 weeks, they called me to tell me they got my program back up so I can clock in properly even though I put in my two weeks long before they called me. After a couple years, I came to find out that they listed me as terminated for no-show. There are close to zero ways to advance within the company.
