Having the option for work from home positions was helpful

Cons

They change campaigns & if you dont like that you are let go. They also change your hours and pay with each campaign. In ten months I had been moved 3 times all with different pay & different hours. And they lie about what holidays you will have off.

great colleagues, good facilities, always pay on time

Cons

Leadership is lacking and they fired a lot of people recently, leaving a lot of staff overworked. Only a few IT people are actually helpful, but because they are good, they get a lot of things on their plate.

Work from home is the only good thing

Cons

poor salary terrible mid level managers 6 minutes toilet breaks and you can't take one 1 hour before close time constantly dealing with angry customers who yell and abuse you, company policy on dealing with such is very lax and ridiculous. KPI is based on things out of your control
