the pay starts at $8.00 for the first 3 weeks then goes to $9.50

Cons

throw people on the phones cold turkey. Favortism dont let employees know when the slow season is to prepare for times when they have to send people home early durning the day because of low call volume.

mentors are good, nice and very approachable.. my team leader is very nice and very patient to me.. people are nice as well.. they are very willing to extend their help to newbies!.. : ) and i'm also happy and feeling secured because we can address our concern to the high level of management if we do have a problem with our team leaders.. : )

Cons

since i am working in teleperformance in alpha land.. i hate the que in elevators.. since we only have 2 fifteen minutes break and an hour of lunch i hate it when ill be having my 15 minutes break because tp is not the only company renting the building.. i have to wait couple of minutes just to get down and smoke.. : (
