Pros

Nicest work colleagues you could ever have in a work environment.

*Minimum wage *Bonus paid to you depends on your performance, but is also deducted if you make mistakes - even for new employees who are not trained properly *Managements have their favourite employees, if they do not like you, you will have hard time working there i.e. bad lunch hours will be given to you *Managements have no leadership skills, they are managers due to the length of time they work for the company and how well they listen to their boss *You are expected to do over time, even if you finish at 2 am in the morning *Sick days are not paid *Working condition is very bad, no ventilation system. Many people were sick due to this issue. In summer once it much gotten to 42 DC in doors *Management will not listen to you, power is everything

Completely corrupt company, the management is only trying to fill their pockets. Their business model is to sell as many additional services as possible while providing a low level of customer service. They don't care about the customers, only about the embassy they work with. No benefits for employees, you only get minimum wage but are expected to work overtime. The local management is trying their best, but without support from the senior managers they are just overwhelmed. They desperately need to hire more people, receiving more customers than their staff can reasonably manage, especially bad for customers who have very long waiting times of several hours.
